Calming the lower brain.
This is the foundation of everything. When anxiety shows up in riding, it’s rarely because you lack skill or ability. It’s because your nervous system is stuck in protection mode. Module 1 works directly with the lower brain — particularly the amygdala — to help your nervous system relearn safety.

What age group is the course suitable for?
Riders from age 13 right up to 78 have successfully completed the course — and we have a rider who started at 80. Anxiety doesn’t have an age limit, and neither do the tools. If you ride and you want to feel calmer and more confident in the saddle, this course is for you.
Is this course suitable for novices?
