Our brains are always trying to be as efficient as possible, so as soon as it can, your brain will make a behaviour you repeat regularly, automatic. This can serve us very well, as it frees up the thinking part of your mind to concentrate on other more important things.

Unfortunately this can also mean that we form habits that we would prefer not to have.

Using Habit Reversal Training we will bring your automatic habit into your awareness, create competing behaviours and use relaxation techniques to overcome your habit and change your behaviour.
