Online Confident Rider Course Terms

Course Access and Payment Terms

When the Confident Rider Course is purchased using a single payment, this payment represents the full and final price of the course.

Upon successful payment, you are granted access to the course materials and associated benefits as described at the point of purchase. This includes lifetime access to the course content, and any additional resources or community access stated at the time of enrolment.

Once access to the course has been provided, the purchase is considered fulfilled and the payment is non-refundable, except where required by UK consumer law.

Digital Content

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase.

If you access the digital content within this period, you acknowledge that once access has been provided, your right to cancel may be lost.

Where the right to cancel is lost due to early access being granted, no refund will be due.

Fair Use and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure the course is suitable for your needs before purchase. Full details of the course content, format, and intended outcomes are provided prior to enrolment to allow an informed decision to be made.

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, and at my discretion, alternative arrangements may be considered. Any such arrangements must be agreed in writing and do not constitute a waiver of these terms.

Payment Plans and Ongoing Payment Obligations

If you choose to pay for the Confident Rider Course using a payment plan, this is an agreement to pay the full course price by instalments. It is not a subscription and does not provide a right to cancel payments once access to the course has been granted.

The total price of the Confident Rider Course is clearly stated at the point of purchase. The payment plan option is provided solely to allow the total cost to be spread over an agreed period.

Once access to the course is provided, you are responsible for completing all instalment payments, regardless of the level of course usage or completion.

Access to course materials, lifetime access to benefits, community access, and support are provided on the basis of full payment being made under the agreed payment plan.

Validity: This guarantee is valid for two weeks from the date of purchase. Any claim must be made within that two week period.

  • Have completed all lessons in module 1 of the online course.
  • Have not progressed beyond module 1 of the online course.
  • Have not downloaded any of the online course resources.

It is your responsibility to communicate your wish to exercise this guarantee. Once you email to claim, I will process your full refund within 30 days, and your access to all course resources will be revoked immediately.

By starting the online course, you agree that this guarantee is fulfilled once any one of the following occurs
A) You continue beyond module 1 of the online course, or
B) More than 24 hours elapses from when you completed module 1 of the online course, or
C) The two week validity period from the date of purchase has passed, or
D) You receive your complete refund.

Premium Online Course Phone Calls and 1-1 Sessions

The Premium Online Course includes 4 x 30 minute phone calls and 2 x 90 minute 1 to 1 coaching sessions, these calls and sessions must be booked and used within 6 months of the date of purchase, unless a different period is expressly stated in writing.

This time limit is applied to ensure services are delivered within a reasonable period and to allow effective scheduling and availability of the service.

Any calls and sessions not used within the 6 month period will expire and will not be refundable, transferable, or exchangeable.

It is the client’s responsibility to arrange bookings within the stated timeframe.

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, and at my sole discretion, the 6 month usage period may be extended where reasonable notice is given and supporting context is provided.

Course Materials and Content

As a client of Prepare to Win, you will receive and have access to course materials in the form of written documentation, audio recordings, video recordings, visual diagrams, and models. All course materials, including the full online course and content of 1-1 client sessions are the property of Prepare to Win. When you become a client of Prepare to Win, you agree not to copy, adapt, translate, modify, rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense, commercially exploit, or create derivative works of the materials or content or any parts thereof.

1-1 Coaching Sessions

Sessions last between 60 and 90 minutes. All of our sessions will be conducted online via Google Meet, which means you can enjoy your session from the privacy of your own home or office, without needing to waste time and money on travelling or parking. In fact, providing you have internet access and somewhere comfortable to sit, you can enjoy our sessions anywhere!

Payment in full is required prior to the start of any appointment and sessions must be booked and used within 6 months of the date of purchase, unless a different period is expressly stated in writing.

Cancellation of 1-1 sessions

I invest a great deal of time and effort in preparing for our sessions and only work with a limited number of clients at any one time to assure you of my full attention and to enable me to provide you with ongoing support in between sessions.

When you book your sessions, you are securing my time and full attention for that period. So if you need to cancel your session, please give me a minimum of 48 hours notice via email or text. I will always confirm I have received your cancellation, so if you do not receive confirmation that I have received your message, please endeavour to contact me by another means, as this will mean that I have not received your communication for some reason.

Any sessions cancelled with 48 hours notice will be rebooked to suit you. If you do not cancel your session but fail to attend, then it is likely that I will need charge for the session in full, as I have committed that time to you and am therefore unable to see other clients. I understand that there may be extenuating circumstances, so will discuss this with you should the need arise.

Session Conduct

I will be responsible for ensuring that I am present with a stable internet connection for the duration of our session. If for any reason we lose signal during the session, I will contact you via telephone. You will be responsible for signing into our session on time, ensuring that you have access to a stable internet connection and that you are able to give me your full attention.

Please ensure that your phone is on silent, that our meeting is the only screen open on your computer and that you will not be interrupted by other family members or pets. Whilst we don’t require complete silence for our sessions, it is highly desirable to have a quiet environment and for you to be able to give me your full and undivided attention. It is not appropriate to work with me if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Confidentiality in one-to-one sessions

All information shared between us, whether verbal or written in notes, is at all times treated as strictly private and confidential. I will only ever discuss or share information with other parties, such as your coach, trainer or GP at your request and with your written consent.

I have a responsibility both to you my client, and to the community at large. Some moral and legal limitations therefore apply to confidentiality. These limitations mainly concern risk of serious self-harm, harm to others and child protection issues. If a situation arises in which the moral or legal limits of confidentiality are exceeded, the reasons will be explained by me and discussed with you at the time.

Data Privacy

When you contact Prepare to Win, you may be required to share personal information. And when you become a client of Prepare to Win, you will be required to share personal information.

All and any data that you share with me will be collected and stored in compliance with the terms of the General Data Protection Regulations.

I will ensure that the personal data I gather is limited to only what is necessary to offer my service, administer your programme, to invoice and receive payment from you and to provide you with relevant information via telephone, email or online chat where necessary. When you share your personal information with me, you are agreeing for me to process and store it in this way. At any time you can of course ask me to stop contacting you, and request a copy and/or deletion of your personal data.

Client Portal for one-to-one sessions

From when your first session is booked and perpetually thereafter, all of the information relating to your sessions and Mental Training Programme, will be available to you through your own private and secure client portal.

After you book your first session, I will provide you with a username and password that will allow you to log into your private portal. The only people able to access your portal, are you and me.

Your client portal is intended to provide you with easy and secure access to your session notes and the content that I create for you, such as personalised guided visualisation recordings. If you do not wish to use this facility, or if you decide that you want your data to be deleted at any time, just send me a written request to this effect and I will delete your data and close your portal.
