We all experience anger on occasion and it can be an important element in motivating us to find solutions to our problems and not accepting unreasonable behaviour from others. However, feeling angry a lot of the time or experiencing anger that is beyond our control not only spoils our enjoyment of our day to day life, it can have terrible effects on our relationships, our professional life, our health and wellbeing.

There can be many underlying causes to anger including stress, a lack of sleep, money worries and hormonal changes. We can often feel angry if we have been hurt, mistreated or misunderstood.
