The quality of our sleep impacts every single aspect of our lives including our ability to cope with stress, perform well and enjoy our lives. Whilst we all occasionally experience disturbed sleep, if you regularly have trouble getting to sleep, wake up through the night, wake up and cannot get back to sleep, still feel tired after waking up or lie awake at night, you may have insomnia.
