Losing weight and keeping it off can sometimes feel impossible to achieve. Not only that, but if you have tried and failed numerous times, despite a number of different diets and plans, you can end up feeling really bad about yourself, like there is some flaw in your character. You know what to do, so why can’t you just do it?

To successfully lose weight once and for all, you need to change your thinking; your thinking about weight loss, about food and about yourself. You also need practical strategies to help you cope in those situations where you have previously felt out of control.

Having personally overcome an eating disorder and reducing my weight by over 12 kilos, I have first hand insight into just how difficult losing weight and keeping it off can be.


I know what changes to make and how to make them, so that being your goal weight becomes your new normal.

Alongside your sessions, you’ll also have your very own private online portal, where you’ll be able to access and download a range of materials that I will tailor to your specific needs as your sessions progress. This means that your session notes, session recordings and other useful documents will be right at your fingertips, whenever you need them.
